Warranty conditions

Our team at Stylejungle does its best to let you have quick and flawless deliveries, in full compliance with the product descriptions you read online. Each of the products you will receive has a warranty. This warranty will not be considered valid if you use or wash the products without following the proper instructions on the products tags. You are absolutely free to use our products in the most adventurous ways: just keep in mind that the warranty will not be considered anymore valid in those cases. The warranties of Stylejungle’s products are in compliance with the European Legislation 44/99/CE and with the following Italian law: Decreto legislativo italiano n. 206/2005 (Codice del consumo), disposizioni normative di cui agli articoli 128, 129, 130, 131, 132, 133, 134, 135 e successive modifiche del D.Lgs. 206/2005.

What to do in case of flawled products

If you notice any flaw in the products we sent you, you will have to let us know about it within 72 hours from the moment you receive your order. You can tell us via e-mail or certified mail. Please, let us know about the anomalies you found: fill the return form and attach a picture of your flawed product to it, where the anomalies are all clear and seeable. Send us also the order confirmation we had sent you via e-mail and our receipt. We will let you know whether we are accepting your request s soon as we get these documents from you.

Return and reimbursements

If you happen to tell us about any sort of flaws in the orders you received from us and we authorized the return of your products, we will be able to let you know whether we agree with you as soon as we see your products again. This implies that, besides sending us a picture of the flaws you identified, you will actually have to send the flawed products back to us. In that case, do not hesitate: you have thirty days to send them back to us after our authorization. Please, remember to attach a copy of the authorization of return to your package, so that we will be able to certify your possible reimbursement.
