Returns and Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to decide to cancel your online purchase without letting us know why. But please, don’t forget to follow these steps: let us know about your decision via certified mail or via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days since when you received your products, or since when you received your last product if you had received more products separately with just one order. Within the next 14 days after your cooling-off period has expired and you sent us your cancellation note, you will have to send us your product(s) back to us (read here [link alla pagina garanzia] and here [link alla pagina spedizioni] for more info’s). If you decide to cancel your purchase, we will let you have your reimbursement immediately. The reimbursement includes standard shipping costs and it might be suspended until we receive your products back, or until we get proof that you are sending them back to us. If your purchase on Stylejungle was made through your VAT for professional reasons, you are unfortunately not allowed to cancel your purchase.
Canceling your purchase is your right, as long as you pay attention to the following conditions: you will have to send your intact products back to us, in their original package, unused, unwashed, undamaged and with their original labels. The package should be intact in all of its parts and it should contain all the possible documents and additional accessories you received. In order to limit any other damages to the original packages during their second shipping, we suggest you to put them in a second box, on which you could write our address. If we find that the return of your products doesn’t apply to these conditions, we may decide not to accept your termination, or not to reimburse it.
If you prefer, you are free to substitute your purchase with other products on Stylejungle of equal or superior cost. If you ask for a substitution, it means you chose to give up on a reimbursement. If you choose to substitute your purchase with a more expensive product from our catalog, you will have to pay the difference. As in the case of termination, you will have a cooling-off period of 14 days, during which you will have to let us know that you want to substitute your purchase with something else.
